Housing should be in a nonsmoking member’s home or in a local motel with simple meals included.
- Mileage charge according to the current IRS guidelines.
- Airfare is from Sacramento. Parking and transportation to and from the airport are expected.

Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice incur a fee of $250.
